At Moffat Beach Brewing Co., we are the local brewery by the beach! With some exciting new opportunities on the horizon, we are looking to increase our staffing roster in most areas. We offer a laid-back, beach-side vibe, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner 7 days a week.

We’re looking for an experienced Chef, cooks and kitchen hands to join our team.

Chefs - can you bring?

· Commercial kitchen experience

· Great communication and leadership skills

· Food safety certification

· Stock control knowledge

· Ability to call dockets and manage kitchen flow

· Attention to detail: High standards for food presentation and quality control

· Strong time management: Ability to multitask and handle changing demands in a fast-paced kitchen

· Flexibility: Available for mornings, weekends, and evenings

· Positive energy and strong work ethic

Cooks & Hands - can you bring?

Details:

Start Date: November 2024

Job Type: Casual for a 3-month probation period, with the opportunity to transition to full-time afterward if wanted.

Experience: Chef +3 years preferred
Cooks & Kitchen hands +1 year preferred

Job Type: Casual  & Permanent positions available

Expected hours: 30+ hours a week

Work Location: Multiple venues in the Caloundra Area

Tasting Team Wanted - Brisbane

Moffat Beach Brewing Co. are currently looking for staff to run beer tastings in and around Brisbane!

The role is to run tasting at liquor stores, venues, bars and clubs offering free samples of our range to customers.

+ Shifts are ongoing and are on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between the hours of 3-6pm or 4-7pm.
+ Casual rates, min 3-hour shifts
+ Training provided 
+ You must have your RSA
+ You must have your own transport
